Rewire, a Data & AI consultancy, is pleased to welcome Daan Nollen and Nikhil Srinidhi to its leadership team.
Daan brings over 25 years of expertise in technology, business strategy, and transformations. Daan's career includes founding and leading a Venture Capital fund focused on Deep Tech and AI. Before that, he spent 18 years at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where he was Partner & Managing Director, leading the Amsterdam Technology and Operations Practices.
In his new role at Rewire, Daan will focus on guiding large corporate clients in the consumer and technology sectors to capture the potential of Data & AI transformations. Additionally, he will work with the Private Equity sector, helping portfolio companies leverage Data & AI technologies to drive bottom-line impact while equipping them to stay competitive and resilient in a rapidly evolving landscape.

Nikhil Srinidhi brings over 9 years of expertise in digital transformation, specializing in data engineering, advanced analytics, and change management.
Before joining Rewire, Nikhil was with McKinsey & Company and its AI-focused division, QuantumBlack, where he collaborated with organizations across diverse sectors and geographies. He is particularly passionate about the life sciences, healthcare, and education sectors, given their profound and lasting impact on society. Nikhil also brings hands-on data & software engineering experience.
At Rewire, Nikhil’s focus will be on solving the “last mile problem” in Data & AI, helping organizations turn insights into tangible, pragmatic value. “I’m excited to join Rewire, as Data & AI redefine business operations and human potential,” said Srinidhi. “I look forward to empowering organizations to unlock new capabilities in this transformative era.”
