Capturing knowledge for Enterprise AI systems

WEBINAR
Turn the knowledge you already have into knowledge your AI can use.

Enterprise AI is only as intelligent as the knowledge it can draw upon. LLMs let organisations open up sources that were hard to use before, like PDFs and Word documents. But at scale, a harder problem surfaces: the business was never documented the way it would now need to be. Three problems tend to show up:

  • There are gaps where knowledge is missing.
  • There are discrepancies between sources, often because files are out of date.
  • Much of how the work that gets done is tacit, i.e. captured in people’s heads, never written down.

In this 60-minute session, you’ll see how a knowledge engine surfaces and closes these gaps:

  • Knowledge that is missing or contradictory, made visible.
  • The operational impact of those gaps, measured through an observability loop.
  • How expert input updates the knowledge and improves results over time.

We’ll present this through a hands-on demo showing these principles in action.
