Roger\u2019s appointment follows the minority investment from growth capital specialists\u00a0<a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/mmlcapital.com\"><strong>MML<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Capital<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0in January.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roger brings extensive experience from business and professional services. He has been the Managing Partner of Bain &amp; Company UK, as well as previously being CEO of BPP Holdings plc and Findel plc.
