In this article published on Businesswise, Rewire Partner Laura Brandwacht argues that most AI pilots fail not because of technology, but because organisations neglect the human side of implementation. Drawing on her own experience, she makes the case for combining AI strategy, concrete implementation, and change management \u2014 starting small, focusing on one high-impact use case, and involving end users from the outset. She also highlights the value of broad AI literacy across an organisation, including a leadership programme she founded for women in AI.
